Our Mission

CCTS works to empower educators and administrators to improve transition services for youth with disabilities through partnerships, research, and training

Inclusionary Practices Technical Assistance Network
  • CCTS is funded by Washington's Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) Special Education as part of the Inclusionary Practices Technical Assistance Network (IPTN).
  • Established in September 2023, the IPTN will provide high-quality guidance, technical assistance, and professional development resources to districts to disrupt segregated systems of disproportionality and reduce exclusionary practices in Washington state schools.
What We Provide
  • Secondary transition training
  • Technical assistance
  • Post-school outcome data (district, country, ESD, and state-level)
  • Resources and materials designed for:
    • Washington state ESDs, LEAs, public high schools
    • Educators and administrators
    • Agency staff
    • Youth with disabilities and their families/caregivers
