Topics covered include transition assessments, development of courses of study, identifying postsecondary goals, linkages to adult service agencies, understanding of post-school outcomes for youth with disabilities and the importance of self-determination and self-advocacy in partnership with community and family members from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
