Championing a Lifetime of Leadership

Seattle University's Doctorate in Educational and Organizational Learning and Leadership prepares you with the skills you need to further your leadership career. Here you will embark on a reflective study of your own identity as a leader and your sense of self as it integrates with leadership practice in organizations with global perspectives. You will emerge from the EOLL program prepared to lead with a passionate commitment toward transformative social change and personal connections that will serve you throughout your career.

This cohort-based program employs the practitioner-scholar model of doctoral training in which academics and applied research are conjoined. Through rigorous coursework and experiential learning, students gain advanced knowledge in the theory and practice of leadership, learning, and organizational development.
