Several SU programs make the grade in latest U.S. News rankings.
Three Seattle University School of Law programs landed in the Top 30 of the latest U.S. News & World Report “Best Graduate School” rankings. Additionally, the College of Nursing and Health Sciences and the College of Arts and Sciences each placed one program in the Top 30, while the law school had one other program just outside this range.
“While rankings are just one indicator, we are always grateful for recognition of the academic excellence of Seattle University,” says Provost Shane P. Martin. “We pride ourselves on offering a transformational education experience for all of our students and we are proud to see our outstanding graduate and professional programs receive well-deserved recognition.”
Seattle University Law’s programs in the Top 30 include:
- Law Schools with Most Graduates in Public Interest Law (#5)—up 22 spots from the previous year
- Legal Writing (#8)
- Part-Time JD (#13)
- Clinical Training (#36)
The College of Nursing and Health Sciences saw its Nursing-Midwifery program ranked #27, while its Doctor of Nursing Practice ranked #2 in Washington state and #64 nationally.
The College of Arts and Science’s Nonprofit Management program ranked #30.
