Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life (SEEL)

By: Center for Jesuit Education

Each year, the Center for Jesuit Education sponsors 5-7 faculty and staff members to make the Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life (SEEL) retreat through our Ignatian partner, SEEL Puget Sound.

SEEL is a transformative retreat experience in everyday life consisting of a nine-month commitment to:

  • Daily prayer, reflection and discernment
  • Monthly Saturday morning retreats and
  • Twice-monthly meetings with a spiritual director

The Center for Jesuit Education is seeking faculty and staff who are drawn to participate in the SEEL program next year. The center provides a significant subsidy to make this retreat accessible.
