Provided accounting oversight of the Sumitovant Group Companies, including Urovant Sciences, Myovant Sciences, Enzyvant Therapeutics, Altavant Sciences and Spirovant Sciences. Led a complex global reorganization of the Sumitovant Group Company significantly reducing the number of legal entities resulting in a streamlined tax and cost-efficient organization.

With 25+ years in public companies as CFO, CAO and Chief Compliance Officer, I have gained expertise across a wide spectrum of corporate functions including accounting & tax, FP&A, audit, SEC reporting, raising capital, M&A, investor relations, governance, corporate and healthcare compliance, business development, company operations (IT/facilities), manufacturing operations, human resources, and DEI. 

A significant portion of my career has been spent supporting companies amid startup, transformation, restructuring, and turnaround periods with a resounding need for “all hands-on deck.” As a result, I possess a unique enterprise-wide perspective and have played a significant role in everything from public offerings, M&A and the raising of alternative capital for late-stage companies to the startup and initial public offering of an early-stage pharmaceutical company.
