Mentoring Objectives & Scope
Each mentor/mentee relationship is unique and I tailor the program to each student's needs and aspirations, seeking to make it an enjoyable experience throughout our time together. I believe that passion and enthusiasm can be applied appropriately to have a profound impact in the business world. Personally I strive to improve the lives of those around me. Upholding a natural curiosity and investing in continuous education and with a growth mindset will set you apart from your peers.
I will help you stand out in job interviews, with resume support, and how to effectively network. Additionally we can invest in how to approach a career and factors to consider, ultimately finding the right internship or full time role that will lay the foundation to a successful career, while highlighting how to build trust and relationships in business settings. You get as much out of a mentor program as you put into it. I have had some incredible mentors over the years and look forward to passing that knowledge and giving back to you the students.
When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
Hybrid, I'm happy to meet on or off campus. I prefer in person and am happy to meet virtually as well. Afternoons and evenings during the week typically work best for me but I am flexible.
