I lead the strategy, operations, and student experience for Seattle U Law Flex JD and Master of Legal Studies (MLS) programs, both online and on-campus. I also serve as Director of the Sports Law Program, where I guide curriculum development, faculty engagement, and student opportunities in this dynamic field. My work spans curriculum planning, faculty collaboration, student advising, academic innovation, and mission alignment.

Students can expect me to be a supportive sounding board, a connector, and a resource as they navigate their academic and professional journey. I approach mentoring with curiosity and care, aiming to understand each student unique goals, challenges, and strengths.
I enjoy discussing topics such as career exploration, leadership development, professional identity and personal branding, work-life balance, and the practical realities of working in law, higher education, and the sports industry. I am also glad to share insights from my experience in academic leadership, compliance, governance, and program development.
Activities may include regular check-ins, goal-setting conversations, resume and application reviews, networking strategy discussions, or reflections on leadership and personal growth. I am flexible and happy to shape the mentoring relationship around what is most meaningful to the student.
My objective is to help students gain confidence, clarify their aspirations, and build connections that support their success. In return, I ask students to show up with openness and a willingness to engage, reflect, and take ownership of their professional development.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

Happy to be flexible with what the student needs. I'm on campus most days and able to meet in-person.
