Get Help Teaching and Learning with Technology

There are many different ways for SU faculty and students to receive support for teaching and learning with technology:

Canvas Support

Faculty and students have access to 24x7 Canvas Support from Instructure. With your permission, Canvas Support has the ability to look at and help troubleshoot specific pages in your course. They can troubleshoot technical issues as well as provide suggestions for how to approach using Canvas.

Zoom Support
