CEIE Leadership Academy

The CEIE Leadership Academy cultivates as a path of Ignatian discernment—beginning with core purpose, growing in awareness, and unfolding into collective transformation. We're rooted in the conviction that leadership arises from inner values and external impact, where we: Engage. Learn. Grow. Lead.

Engage. Learn. Grow. Lead.

Participants are invited to discern their responsibilities: to themselves, to their communities, to the environments where they serve, and to the places they call home. In this way, the Leadership Academy becomes a pedagogical laboratory where values meet practice, wisdom informs purpose, and collaborative discernment inspires leadership that is ambitious, honest, and transformative.
