Dr. Gardiner’s next book is outlined below:

Leadership for All: Reclaiming Power to Heal a Fractured World

Challenging the Reign of the Global Elites

The mission of the book is to ignite a global shift from centralized control to shared leadership — empowering people across generations to reclaim systems, rebuild trust, and end elite domination. Leadership for All: Reclaiming Power to Heal a Fractured World challenges the role of the global elite and offers a path forward rooted in shared governance, personal awakening, and collective courage. With wisdom drawn from grassroots organizers, elder mentors, and next-generation leaders, this book provides the tools and the frameworks to awaken leadership at every level — and to rebuild trust in ourselves and in each other.

In a world fractured by oligarchy, disinformation, and centralized control, one truth rises above the noise: the future depends on us — all of us — stepping into our leadership potential. If you’re ready to lead from where you stand, this is your blueprint for change.

John Jacob Zucker Gardiner is a global leadership educator, elder mentor, and systems thinker who has spent decades working at the intersection of human potential, justice, and governance. As an emeritus university professor of leadership studies and lifelong learner, he now guides leaders of all ages in transforming power — from the few to the many. The book is both a culmination of his life’s work and a new beginning for those ready to lead differently — and together.

Dr. Gardiner’s current professional focus is on providing elders with the tools they require to focus their purpose and to add meaning to the last chapters of their lives: reclaiming power to heal a fractured world.
