Campus and community turn out to celebrate St. Ignatius.
This year’s Feast Fest was one for the ages and chock full of memory-making moments.
More than 450 members of the campus community and neighbors turned out for the second annual carnival-like event that honors St. Ignatius, the founder of the Society of Jesus. There were games for all ages, including a ring toss and axe throwing, and a dunk tank where none other than President Eduardo Peñalver was dunked—in a full suit, no less—adding to the fun atmosphere on a mid-summer day. The event also included an early evening Mass at the Chapel of St. Ignatius.
