About ODI Programming

ODI programming encompasses a wide variety of endeavors, including: 

  • Special signature events, such as the biannual Racial Equity Summit and quarterly Red Talks.
  • Professional development opportunities for faculty and staff, both by request and scheduled.
  • Consultation on critical issues involving questions of equity, justice, and inclusion.
  • Creation and facilitation of working groups based around LIFT SU initiatives.
  • Panel discussions, involving community partners, around key issues.
  • Collaboration on supplier diversity efforts on campus. 

While not exhaustive, this list demonstrates that diversity, equity, and inclusion are integral to operations throughout Seattle University.
