Mentoring Objectives & Scope
We will discuss working in predominately white environments as a person of color. I will also go over how social justice and sports work together to have an impact on society. I'll explain my role in the organization and how I work with my colleagues to execute our initiatives. My expectations are for you to just soak up as much knowledge from me so that you can thrive in whatever your next role/job is.
When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
I would prefer to hold our meetings online, preferably on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
