Job Description
As the Director of Operations, I oversee our matchday operations, ticket operations and work on the business operations team. I oversee special events such as Concacaf, US Open Cup, International Friendlies, and League's Cup and assist the organization in execution of company-wide initiatives such as renewals, themed matches, special programming, etc. Prior to this role, I oversaw the membership engagement team, responsible for membership retention and customer service.

Seattle Sounders FC is a professional soccer club and a member of the Western Conference of Major League Soccer. The club was founded in 1974, but joined Major League Soccer in 2009. Since 2009, Sounders FC have won the U.S. Open Cup four times, the Supporters Shield in 2014, and MLS Cup in 2016 and 2019. The team has qualified for playoffs every season since joining MLS. Off the pitch, Sounders FC focuses on the Seattle community and our social impact initiatives, which together we, fight racism, defend the right to play, stand for LGBTQ equality and protect our planet.
