Located in the vibrant South Lake Union neighborhood on the Cornish College of the Arts at Seattle University (CCASU) campus, The Commons offers an inspiring environment to create, perform, and connect. With state-of-the-art facilities, stunning 20th-floor views, and thoughtfully designed shared spaces, The Commons is an ideal place to live, learn, and collaborate. The Commons offers Double, Triple, and Single rooms with bathrooms. Some rooms include kitchenettes.

3-person studio unit (no bedroom door) with three beds, three desks with chairs, combo micro-fridge, and a full bathroom. Approximately 548 sq. ft.
1-person studio unit (no bedroom door) with a bed, a desk with chair, combo micro-fridge, and a full bathroom. Approximately 245 sq. ft.
Single Room with Kitchenette
1-person studio unit (no bedroom door) with a bed, a desk with chair, and a full bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and sink. Approximately 295 sq. ft.

Student Life Hub: The first floor houses the office of Student and Campus Life, connecting you with resources to support your artistic and personal journey.

The Residence Hall: Floors 4-19 feature a variety of room types, all with modern furnishings and private bathrooms. Plus, you'll be part of a tight-knit community of 430 students who are all here to create, perform, and succeed.
