The Office of the Registrar manages students’ academic records. Our office issues enrollment & degree verifications, Seattle University official & unofficial transcripts, and diplomas. We also manage the quarterly grading process, changes to students’ majors & minors and notification of students’ rights through the Federal Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
