If you need to retrieve your car after hours, please call Public Safety at 206-296-5990.

- 1 bath towel

Please note that Lunch will not be provided on Day 1 of the overnight Redhawk Launch sessions. Students and their Guests are encouraged to have a meal before arriving to check-in.
- Students: All students participating in a two-day, overnight Redhawk Launch, even those commuting to school in the fall, are expected to stay overnight on campus. You will be assigned a roommate who is also in your Orientation Group.
- Guests: Overnight accommodations are not provided for guests. We have partnered with our neighbor, the Silver Cloud Hotel (1100 Broadway, Seattle, WA 98122), for a discounted rate on the dates of Redhawk Launch sessions. Please review your RSVP confirmation email for instructions and booking rates.
- Guests do not have to book a room with the Silver Cloud and can choose their own overnight accommodations in Seattle that best fit their needs.
There isn’t a large difference between the two-day versus one-day, we provide these options so students and their guests can have an option that best works for their schedule, for instance some local Seattle students prefer to return to their homes after Redhawk Launch, so they find the one-day preferable.
For the two-day sessions students receive more social activities in the evening such as karaoke and boardgames after dinner. These sessions also give students a chance to sleep overnight in a residence hall with a roommate. In the morning, students will get breakfast in one of the campus dining areas. We find students can feel more confident arriving in the fall after having practiced using a meal card and exploring campus more before classes begin.
The two-day session operates as two half-days, see sample schedules below for your reference.
