How to Claim Your Tickets
- Select the event you’d like to attend, then click the blue “General Admission” option on the Account Manager page.
- Select up to four tickets using the Alumni Discount, then click “Add to Cart.” If you are prompted to pay full price, enter SUALUMNI in the promo code box.
- Click the shopping cart in the upper-right corner of the Account Manager page, then select “Checkout.”
- You will be prompted to log in to your Seattle U Account Manager. If you already have an SU ticketing account, log in with your credentials. If you do not have an account, enter your preferred email address and select “Forgot Password” to create a password.
- At checkout, select “I accept the terms and conditions,” then click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.
- You will receive an email with a link to “Manage Your Tickets.” From there, you can access your tickets on your mobile device. You can also log in to your ticketing account and select “My Tickets,” then “View Event Details.”
- Click the small arrow on the right side of the screen and select “Add to Digital Wallet.” Tickets must be downloaded to a mobile device wallet for entry.
