Alan Mulally, retired president and CEO of Ford Motor Company and former CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, joined Seattle University’s Center for Leadership Formation as a Senior Fellow in 2015. Now in its 20th year, the Center is home to Seattle University's nationally-ranked Executive Education programs within the Albers School of Business and Economics.
In his role as Senior Fellow, Mr. Mulally provides insight to ensure that the best ideas from the practice of leadership are represented in our curriculum. Since joining the center, he has collaborated with faculty on research and publications and continues to engage with students and others associated with the Center. As one of the world's most admired business leaders, Mulally brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective on leadership along with personal experience in radically changing cultures and outcomes.
