Revolutionary Grains Internship, Winter quarter 2025, for credit.
WQ25 internship opportunity with Revolutionary Grains, a local food justice and arts non-profit. Revolutionary Grains is looking for an intern to work on multiple projects in Winter Quarter 2025, including GIS story mapping, communications and policy research, and supporting the CEJS 2024-2025 Gary Chamberlain fellowship project.

Help Plan the Ignatian Advocacy Summit on Salmon and Indigenous Rights, Winter quarter 2025, for credit internship.
Campus Ministry hosts the annual Ignatian Advocacy Summit Northwest each year (February 28-March 1st, 2025). The three-day event culminates in a Town Hall on campus with participants advocating for salmon restoration and sustainable fisheries, dams, and prioritization of the indigenous way of life in the lower Snake River to our respective elected officials. The Summit advances student-led Advocacy via our shared local Ignatian network with participation from both Jesuit Universities in the state and 5 Jesuit high schools in the area.
Campus Ministry is looking for students seeking internship credit (1-credit) to serve on their leadership team to plan and execute the Town Hall. Time commitment entails 1 hour of meeting per week with equal independent research time around the topic issue (resources provided). Town hall prep and the event itself require a large time block on February 29th (4 hours) and March 1st (5 hours).
