If you do not qualify for ORCA LIFT, you may purchase an Orca card at Transportation and Parking Services during the sales session at the beginning of each academic term (quarter or semester).
Students are eligible for only one Seattle University sponsored parking or subsidized transportation product at a time. Transportation and Parking Services can not provide a subsidized transportation product (LIFT subsidy, or Puget Pass, or Ferry Pass) and a term-length parking permit to the same student in the same term.
* Each Student is only allowed one active Seattle University Orca Card at any time with only one SU subsidized Orca product (Puget Pass, Ferry Pass, or LIFT subsidy).

All orders come into a queue and processed in order received. Once payment is processed, Orca product will then be added to the Orca card.

Summer Term ORCA product availability will vary based on a user's academic or on-campus employment schedule over summer.
