Biography

I have been counseling, adults, couples and families for over 20 years. I am licensed as a psychologist in Texas and Washington State. I completed my bachelor degree at Smith College in Psychology and Art History. I then finished my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and I did my internship at the University of Washington Student Counseling Center. My post-doctoral work in Seattle was working with couples and families. I have completed my level three training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and have advanced training in EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples). I also have advanced training in EMDR and Brainspotting. In my free time I love quilting, rowing and hiking the beautiful trails of Whidbey Island.
