Interested in learning more about operational sustainability at Seattle University? Tours can include topics such as sustainability at Redhawk Dining, grounds and gardening practices, the campus food pantry, and water and energy usage. Gardens
Garden tours can be tailored to your group’s interests. Tours can highlight our sustainable, 100% organic and pesticide-free landscaping practices, the edible gardens, rain gardens, compost tea operation, Coast Salish Vi Hilbert Ethnobotanical Gardens, Cisco Morris Biodiversity Garden, Kubota gardens, historically significant trees, or our garden history.
