Non-SU
Grades are submitted via an official transcript from the host university or program provider. Credits earned are not included in the SU grade point average. Students are charged $1,000 to transfer credits.
Official Transcripts
Seattle University requires an official transcript from the study abroad program to properly transfer credits. It is the student's responsibility to arrange for the transfer of credits to SU. Please instruct your program provider to have your official transcripts sent to the following address:

Important note:
It may take 2-3 months before the transcript arrives to Seattle University, so please be patient. Once grades are posted, we highly recommend that students also request a few copies of the official transcript for their own record, especially if students intend to apply for graduate school in the future.
